  • Open all the supplies in psp

  • requires Mura Meister Copies Plugin

Open a new canvas 700x500 fill with white

Copy and paste the green and brown dot paper as a new layer - resize by 85%

Select All - Selections Float - Selections Defloat

Effects - 3d Effects - Buttonize

Selections - Select None

Add drop shadow

Copy and paste the light green paper as a new layer - resize by 85% twice

Image - Rotate - Free Rotate

Effects - Plugins - Mura Meister Copies

Add drop shadow


Copy and paste the light olive eyelet with lace as a new layer

Image - Resize by 65% - free rotate the same settings - drop shadow

duplicate this layer by right clicking on it in your layer palette

position the two other eyelets


Click on the pepper tube and go to Images - Add borders - 13 white

Copy and paste as a new layer

resize by 65% - free rotate - drop shadow - move to the left a bit


Copy and paste the star word art and position


Copy and paste the folded olive ribbon - resize by 50% -drop shadow - position

duplicate and position

Copy and paste the olive button - repeat the same instructions for the folded ribbon


Copy and paste the star tag charm as a new layer

with your magic wand click in the grey tag part of the charm

Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize

41 and 105

Selections - Select None


* if you would like your tag a bit smaller resize all layers by 85% smart size before you add your text

With your favourite font apply your name to the tag and free rotate by 65 degrees

Crop the excess canvas and export as a jpg
