Open a new canvas 500x500

Fill the first layer with white or background color of your choice I used #a9a47a

Click on the Scrap back tube and copy and paste the grey scrap back (layer1) as a new layer

Add this drop shadow

Next paste the beige scrap back (layer2) (I colorized mine a bit pinker) as a new layer - Image - Rotate - Free Rotate

Add the same drop shadow

Click on the patrytubes_06_Elements12 and with your freehand selection tool trace around the brown ribbon and bow and then copy and paste onto your canvas as a new layer

Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize - Hue 7 Saturation 76

Image - Mirror

Position so the ends of the ribbons are over the edge of the pink scrap back

Add drop shadow

Click on your selection tool and change it to this

Outline around the end of the ribbon that hangs over the edge of the pink scrap back and then hit delete - repeat for the other end of the ribbon

Copy and paste the Vintagetag1 tube as a new layer - Image - Resize by 45% bi cubic

Position on top of pink bow

Copy and paste the ribbon tails tube as a new layer resize by 45%

Position on top of pink bow and vintage tag

Copy and paste the beige bow - Image Mirror - Position and drop shadow

Copy and paste the silver hearts from the scrapbook10 tubes (layer3) as a new layer - position and drop shadow

Now we will work on the photo part

Click on the SS-308 tube and go to Windows - Duplicate - close the original

Image - Resize by 55%

Click on raster2 layer and fill with #48423f - right click and choose arrange - send to bottom

Click on your crop tool and crop closely around the main image

then click the apply checkmark

right click on one of the layers and merge visible

Image - Canvas Size

copy and paste one of the silver corners(layer2) from the scrap book10 tube as a new layer

postion in the corner of the pic - You will need to duplicate the corner 3 times and use the image - mirror and image - flip to have all four corners postioned

merge visible all the layers

Back onto your canvas and click on the pink scrap back layer

Copy and paste the photo onto your canvas

add drop shadow - Image - Rotate - same settings except tick right

resize by 85%

right click on the photo layer and choose duplicate

Click down on the original photo layer and Image - Rotate - same settings except tick left

Add a new layer for your watermark

Click on the top layer

Text tool - Background box #d4c9b7

Apply your text - Image - Rotate - Free rotate - tick right - postion

add this drop shadow

Close off the visibility of the background (bottom) layer and crop the excess canvas - open the layer back up and export as a jpg.
