Open a new canvas 350x350
Set your material palette to Foreground color #006784 Background
color #c9e5f1
Fill layer 1 with background color
Add a new layer and fill with foreground color
Go to Layer's - New Mask Layer - From Image
Right click on the mask layer and choose Merge Group
Go to Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance
Click on your preset shapes tool - preset shapes - find the seeing
stars I shape
Draw out a bigger size star in the top left corner add a drop shadow
of color #20383e
Draw out a smaller shape next and add the same
drop shadow
Copy and paste the dog tube onto the canvas
right click on the tube layer and duplicate add
the drop shadow to this layer
Click back down to the original tube layer
and go to Effects - Distortion - Wind - from right 100
Copy and paste the accent stars tube as a new
layer and add the drop shadow
Add a new layer and apply your watermark
Once you have everything positioned right
click on one of the layers and merge visible.
Click on your text tool and choose the text you
would like. I used Al Sandra @ 36
Apply your text and add the drop shadow
Go back to the accent star canvas and with your
freehand selection tool
Trace around one of the little stars, go to edit -
copy and then paste as a new layer onto the tag canvas
right click on the little star layer and duplicate
- repeat about 5 or 6 times depending on how many stars you want
Move them around to different points on your name
When you have it all how you like right click and
merge visible again
Export your tag as a jpg.
