• Open all the supplies in psp

• no outside plugins required

• font of your choice I used Albermarle Swash

Open a new canvas 600x378

copy  the queen of hearts graphic and paste as a new layer onto the canvas

Image - Resize by 80% Smart Size

Copy and paste the lady in red tube as a new layer - move her down and to the left

right click on the lady in red tube layer and choose duplicate

click back down to the original lady tube

Effects - Distortion - Wind

from left - 100%

Effects - Distorition - Curlicues

Click back up to the copy of the lady tube and

Add this drop shadow - color #310605

Copy and paste the checkered ribbon as a new layer

Image - Resize 45% Smart Size

Image - Mirror - Position

Copy and paste layer 3 of the heart accent tubes as a new layer

Image - Rotate - Free Rotate

Image - Resize 75% Smart Size

Position on the ribbon and add the same drop shadow

Click on your selection tool set to rectangle

draw out a selection over the part that will "go" behind the ribbon - then hit the delete key on your keyboard (make sure you still are on the heart accent layer)

Set your foreground to #000000 and background color to #c90314

Click on your text tool

Apply your text - position - add drop shadow

Add a new layer and apply your watermark

Image - Add Borders - Black - 2

Export as a jpg and make into a stationery!!
