• Place the frame in your Psp files - Picture Frames

• Open the tubes in psp

• Open and minimize the font

Open the agulera tube and copy the tube layer then go to edit -paste as a new image

Add a new layer and fill with #efccd3 right click on the layer and choose arrange - send to bottom

click on the top layer

You can do this step one of two ways:

Option 1 -go to Image - Picture Frame

Crop the Image so it is the same width of white on all 4 edges

Selections - Select All - Selections - Float

Add a new layer - set your foreground color to #ca4f6b

with your choice of brushes stamp around the frame.. add a new layer for each brush so you can turn down the opacity on a certain layer if you like.

When you are done - Selections - Select None

Option 2 - I have included a pspimage of the frame already with brushes.  You can colorize it to match your graphic if you like.

Copy and paste the TWYL-Pink Frame onto your tube canvas

For both options continue here...

Image - Add Borders 2 dark pink

Add Borders 8 Light Pink

Add Borders 2 dark pink

Image - Resize by 85% bicubic - resize all layers unchecked

Image - Canvas Size - Change it to 600x600

Add a new layer - fill with white and arrange send to bottom

Click up on your picture layer and add this drop shadow

Right click on the picture layer and Image - Resize by 65%

Image - Rotate - Free Rotate

Position down and to the right

Copy and paste the pink bow onto the canvas as a new layer

Resize by45% add the same drop shadow

Copy and paste the button ribbon onto the canvas (Copy of Layer3)

Go to Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize

h 239 S 130

Resize by 75% add the same drop shadow.  Positon on top of the bow

Right click on this layer and choose duplicate - then Image Mirror and positon

Add a new layer for your watermark and apply it

Copy and paste the hugs and kisses tube onto the canvas and resize by 85%

Click on your text tool and have your material palette set to foreground dk pink and background the light pink

Apply your name and positon - right click and convert to Raster

Selections - Select all - Selections - Float - Selections - Modify - Contract by 2

With the dk pink choose a favorite grunge brush and stamp it on your name..

Go to Effects - Eye Candy 3.1 - Glass

Select None

Add this drop shadow

Position your text

Close the visibility of the bottom white layer right click and choose merge - merge visible

 crop the excess from your tag

Resize by 85% if you like or keep it big for a stationery header!

Export as a jpg
