Any of the supplies provided are for teaching purposes only no copyright infringement is intended.

For this tutorial I have used a purchased kit from Attic Scraps
Ginny is no longer selling the kit, you will need to gather your own supplies.

Supplies HERE
I have supplied the 2 graphics and picture tab.

Open all your supplies in psp

Open a new canvas 500x500 transparent

Selections - Select All

Click on the Oooo!Baby_Paper5_gh.jpg and edit copy

Click back onto your canvas and edit - paste - paste into selection

Selections - Select None

Click on the Oooo!Baby_Paper2_gh.psp and go to Image - Rotate 90 Clockwise

Copy and paste this as a new layer onto your canvas and position at the top of the canvas if necessary

Add this drop shadow - color #523a45

Copy and paste the Oooo!Baby_LaceCircle_gh.psp as a new layer and add drop shadow and position up and to the right

Copy and paste the eiffel tower graphic from the supply folder and Image - Resize by 85% Smart Size

Image - Rotate - Free Rotate

Add drop shadow

Copy and paste the dark blue ribbon and the light pink ribbon as new layers and add drop shadow's to both and position

Click down on the bottom layer in your layer palette

Copy and paste the Oooo!Baby_Paper7_gh.jpg as a new layer and move it up so it ends under the blue ribbon

Click on the top layer in your layer palette

Copy and paste the blue tag string as a new layer and position it

Copy and paste your choice of tags as a new layer - I used two and free rotated the top one with the same rotation settings - Add drop shadows to the tags but not the string yet

Make sure you have the tags and the strings all in the order and position you like the string should be able to be seen through the tag holes

right click on the tag string layer and duplicate - right click on the duplicated layer and choose arrange - bring to top

Click on your eraser tool

Erase the part of the string that goes over the tags

Now you can add the drop shadow to the bottom string layer.. not the duplicated top string layer

If you don't like having a bunch of layers open you can close the bottom layer and merge all the tag and tag strings layers together to tidy up your layer palette if you like... I usually do things like that but keep all the paper and ribbon layers open in case I want to move things a bit at the end... but merging the tag layers will make it easier and possible to move the tag around if you need to... now that you have erased that bit on the tag string you won't be able to move it properly.

Make sure you are on the top layer in your layer palette

Copy and paste the blue bow as a new layer and add drop shadow

Image - Resize 75% - position

Copy and paste the white bow - resize by 75% twice - Image Mirror - drop shadow - position

Copy and paste the purple ribbon frame as a new layer - position

Click on your magic wand tool

Click inside the frame and go to Selections - Modify - Expand by 1

Click down one layer in your layer palette and add a new layer

Click on the girl picture - edit - copy - back to the canvas and edit - paste - paste into selection

(when using a different graphic make sure the scale is similar to the one provided for a good fit)

Selection - Select None

Click on the top layer (frame)

add drop shadow

Copy and paste the picture tab from the supply folder and paste as a new layer

Adjust - Hue and Sat - Colorize 122 & 45

Add drop shadow

Copy and paste another tag as a new layer - resize by 75% twice - Image - Rotate - free rotate - change to right

add drop shadow and position

Copy and paste the white bow as a new layer and resize by 50% - drop shadow

Position on small tag

Choose your favorite font and a nice color for the font

I typed a bit of a message for my large tag and  free rotated changing back to left

Add your name and rotate it using the free rotate changing the degrees to 67

Once you have it all as you like go to Image - Add Borders - 12 - white

Right click on the background layer in your layer palette and promote background to layer

Image - Canvas Size

Add drop shadow

Copy and paste the picture tab and colorize and add drop shadow position - right click on this layer and duplicate

Image - Mirror and position

Crop the excess canvas - add your watermark and export as a jpg
