This tag couldn't be any easier :)) great for beginner's!!

no outside plugins required.

Open the tube provided or one of your choice in psp.  Open and minimize the font.

Open a new transparent canvas 400 x 400 fill layer 1 with white or a color of your choice.

Click on your tube and go to Edit - Copy

Then click back onto our canvas and go to Edit - Paste - Paste As a New Image.

Go to Image - Resize and resize your image by percentage, check the bicubic box and uncheck resize all layer's. I resized the rose by 75% your tube may need a different percent.

Right click on the tube layer in your layer palette and choose duplicate

Click back down onto the original tube layer, then go to Effects - Distortion - Twirl and use these settings

-240 degrees

Now go to Effects - Texture - Mosaic Antique and use these settings

Click on your mover tool and move the tube down and to the right a bit.

Move the mosaic background layer up and to the left a bit.

Click on the tube layer and add this drop shadow.  I have used a dark color from the tube instead of black.

Change your background color to #760a09

Click on your text tool and use these settings

Font - Cherish size 72 Stroke 0

Apply your name and resize and position as necessary.. Add the same drop shadow to your text.

Add a new layer and apply your watermark to your tag!
