Place the mattedgray frame in your Psp files
- Picture Frames |
 |
Open the tubes and jpg's in psp
|
 |
Open and minimize the font
|
This is a simple header to put together for a
stationery
Open a new canvas 600x400
Selections - Select All
Click on the floral picture and edit - copy
Click back onto your canvas Edit - Paste - Paste
into Selection
Selections - Select None
Go to Adjust - Hue & Saturation - Colorize 0 & 0
Copy and paste the Lauren jpg as a new layer move
it to the left
Click on your eraser tool

Erase some of the picture on the right side so it
blends in nicely, will take a few passes..
Click back on the lauren picture and go to Image -
Mirror
click on your crop tool and crop the pic into a
square - here are my crop settings

Go to Image - Picture Frame

right click on one of the layers and merge visible
Edit - copy then edit - paste as a new layer onto
your canvas
Image - Resize by 55% bi cubic
Position the framed image
add this drop shadow

right click on that layer and duplicate
Click back down to the original layer and go to
Image - Rotate - Free Rotate

Click on the top layer and copy and paste the
heart tube as a new layer
Image - Resize 65% - repeat resize - position and
add drop shadow
Copy and paste one of the bows onto the canvas as
a new layer and Colorize with the same settings. Add a drop
shadow
Set your foreground to black and background to
white in your material palette
Click on your text tool

Apply your text and add the drop shadow and
position
Add a new layer for your watermark.
Image - Add Borders - 4 - Black
Export as a jpg.

To make the floral background for your stationery
Click on the floral jpg and colorize then go
to Effects - Image - Seamless Tiling

Export as a jpg as well.
Use your favorite table stationery to put it all
together or IM Letter Creator
