Preparing your graphic

If you choose to use a different graphic for the tutorial you will need to resize it to be no more than 350 in height.  The image needs to be taller than wider to achieve similar results.

Tutorial

Open a new canvas 450x450 fill layer 1 with white

Add a new raster layer

Set your foreground color to #8eaace

Click on your brush tool and find the gh_texture o4 set the size to 344 everything else the same.

Click once in the center of the canvas

Click on your charlize.jpg and go to Windows - Duplicate repeat that step and close the original, so that you have two copies of the charlize graphic.

On your first copy go to Plugins - Freeware Filters - Flipper

Go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 4

go to Image - Picture Frame

At this point if you have used another graphic you may want to colorize the frame by going to

Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize

Right click on the picture frame layer and choose Merge - Merge Visible

go to Edit - Copy

Click on our canvas and go to Edit - Paste - Paste as a new layer

Image - Resize by 75% bicubic

Image - Rotate - Free Rotate

Add this drop shadow

Click on your other copy of the charlize.jpg and go to edit - copy

paste as a new layer onto your canvas

Image - Resize by 85%

Add the same drop shadow

Click on the key tubes.. copy the layer with the key with the grey ribbon and then paste it onto your canvas as a new layer

Image - Resize by 85%

Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - Right - 90 Degrees

Copy and paste the scrapbeadedrope tube onto the canvas as a new layer

Image resize by 65%

Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - Right - 90 Degrees

Add the drop shadow and position

Copy and paste the small diamond tube onto the canvas position in the center of the top bead

Right click on the diamond layer and choose duplicate then move it down to the next bead.. continue that step until all the beads have a diamond, or you could do every second bead or just one of the colors.. up to you!

Once your done with your diamonds close the visibility of layer 1 and the merged layer and then right click on any other layer and merge visible.

Open all layers back up

Copy and paste the white sparkle tube onto your canvas and add sparkles to the diamonds.. duplicating and moving the same way you did the diamonds.

Once you have all your diamonds done.  Close visibility on layer 1 and merge visible.

Click on your text tool - foreground black -  background Fairy Slanted Gradient

Font is Eurostile - 48 stroke 1 Vector

Apply your text and postion and add the same drop shadow.
