import the gh_texture04 brush into psp
(psp 8-10) brush is from
Bunny's Attic Thanks

To import a brush go to File
-Import- Custom Brush - Browse to the file it's in click open
then add then ok
-
place the TWYL-Shimmer frame into your My Psp
files - Frames (psp 8-10)
-
place the FairySlanted gradient in your psp
files - gradients ( it is what I used for the
text) (psp8-10)
-
open the jpg and the 5 tubes in psp
-
font of your choice I used Eurostile size 48
Preparing your graphic
If you choose to use a different graphic for the
tutorial you will need to resize it to be no more than 350 in
height. The image needs to be taller than wider to achieve
similar results.
Tutorial
Open a new canvas 450x450 fill layer 1 with white
Add a new raster layer
Set your foreground color to #8eaace
Click on your brush tool and find the gh_texture
o4 set the size to 344 everything else the same.
Click once in the center of the canvas
Click on your charlize.jpg and go to Windows -
Duplicate repeat that step and close the original, so that you have
two copies of the charlize graphic.
On your first copy go to Plugins - Freeware
Filters - Flipper

Go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 4
go to Image - Picture Frame

At this point if you have used another graphic you
may want to colorize the frame by going to
Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize
Right click on the picture frame layer and choose
Merge - Merge Visible
go to Edit - Copy
Click on our canvas and go to Edit - Paste - Paste
as a new layer
Image - Resize by 75% bicubic
Image - Rotate - Free Rotate

Add this drop shadow

Click on your other copy of the charlize.jpg and
go to edit - copy
paste as a new layer onto your canvas
Image - Resize by 85%
Add the same drop shadow
Click on the key tubes.. copy the layer with the
key with the grey ribbon and then paste it onto your canvas as a new
layer
Image - Resize by 85%
Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - Right - 90 Degrees
Add the same drop shadow and position
Copy and paste the TWYL-Keyword tube onto the
canvas and position
Close the visibility of the bottom white layer and
then right click on any other layer and choose merge visible. Turn
the visiblity of layer 1 back on and click on the merged layer.
Copy and paste the scrapbeadedrope tube onto the
canvas as a new layer
Image resize by 65%
Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - Right - 90 Degrees
Add the drop shadow and position
Copy and paste the small diamond tube onto the
canvas position in the center of the top bead

Right click on the diamond layer and choose
duplicate then move it down to the next bead.. continue that step
until all the beads have a diamond, or you could do every second
bead or just one of the colors.. up to you!
Once your done with your diamonds close the
visibility of layer 1 and the merged layer and then right click on
any other layer and merge visible.
Open all layers back up
Copy and paste the white sparkle tube onto your
canvas and add sparkles to the diamonds.. duplicating and moving the
same way you did the diamonds.
Once you have all your diamonds done. Close
visibility on layer 1 and merge visible.
Click on your text tool - foreground black -
background Fairy Slanted Gradient
Font is Eurostile - 48 stroke 1 Vector
Apply your text and postion and add the same drop
shadow.
Add a new layer for your watermark and export your
tag as a jpg.
